Carla’s Corner works with multiple independent vendors and manufacturers in order to provide our customers with a wide variety of quality merchandise. Brand names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. The appearance of third-party products on our website does not imply ownership of those trademarks by Carla’s Corner LLC.

Where a product listing contains additional terms for a custom, personalized, final-sale, or vendor-supplied item, those product-specific terms also apply.

One important thing: I would not put your home/street address in this notice. Since Shopify can display policies publicly, use just Oklahoma City, Oklahoma unless Shopify specifically requires your complete legal/business address in a particular field.

And I see Shopify already shows 30-day returns above this. We should make sure that rule doesn’t accidentally allow returns on your handmade/custom items, since your policy says those aren’t refundable unless damaged.
